Even though characteristically last in the race to create a working prototype of new technology, the Empire's engineers spared no effort in bringing the Providence into the world. While the massive potential for profit from the capsuleer market is said to have been what eventually made the stolid Empire decide to involve themselves in the freighter business, their brainchild is by no means the runt of the litter; the Providence is one of the sturdiest freighters out there.

Summary

Providence has the largest capacitor, the 2nd fastest speed / alignment time, the 2nd highest EHP and the 3rd largest cargo hold (same as the Fenrir) of the four freighters.

The cargo hold of the Providence starts with a base of 435,000 m³ and ends with a maximum of 1,127,015 m³. This makes it the 3rd largest cargo hold size tied with the Minmatar (Fenrir) freighter. Providence has a velocity starting at a base of 70 m/s, placing it as the second fastest behind the Minmatar (Fenrir) freighter. It is also the second fastest to align.

Providence has the second highest EHP (behind the Gallente Obelisk) and has the largest capacitor of the four freighters, at maximum skill level.
