Following a hotly contested bidding process, a joint development group of engineers from the Brutor and Sebiestor Tribes were tasked with drafting a response to disturbing intelligence documents obtained in a raid on an Amarr frigate and destroyer systems research facility in the system of Arayar. To this end, the Cyclone was redesigned with over a decade's worth of technical advancements crowned by a state of the art missile loading system, enabling it to launch an awe inspiring volume of missiles in a very short amount of time. Summary
The Cyclone Fleet Issue is a speedy missile-based battlecruiser, trading out the tank bonus from the t1 Cyclone for a stronger damage bonus. Sporting a sixth missile hardpoint and eight high slots in total, the ship is an offensive powerhouse, able to deal impressive damage for a missile hull.

Tactics
With its high missile damage bonus and an interesting reduction to signature radius, the Cyclone Fleet Issue can function well as a long-range kiting missile boat. Its relative speed and agility for a battlecruiser hull, combined with its lowered signature radius, allows it to outmaneuver while unleashing deadly amounts of missile damage at range.
Close range brawly fits can also work to an extent, using the reduced signature to try and speed-tank damage. However, the Cyclone FI is a bit more fragile than other navy battlecruisers, so pilots should exercise caution in committing to a fight.
