Built to represent the last word in electronic warfare, combat recon ships have onboard facilities designed to maximize the effectiveness of electronic countermeasure modules of all kinds. Filling a role next to their class counterpart, the heavy assault ship, combat recon ships are the state of the art when it comes to anti-support support. They are also devastating adversaries in smaller skirmishes, possessing strong defensive capabilities in addition to their electronic superiority. SHIP BONUSES

Summary
Alongside its cloaking brother, the Rapier, the Huginn is a common feature in almost all shield tanked gangs, prized for its ability to web targets at a greater range than any other ship in the game (40k t2, up to 60k faction). A loki can also be setup to fill a similar role in armor fleets, but at a much greater cost.

- An unusual fit, slower and with less EHP than the shield fit, but with 3 webs, 1 point and 1 target painter. Will web at 60 km (73 km with overheat). If money is tight, the Federation Navy web can be downgraded to a Tech II or meta 4 version.
- The purpose of this fit is to web fast tackle so they can be killed easily. Damage dealing is not a primary concern, but the combination of webs, target painter and missiles make this ship very dangerous against fast frigates and interceptors.
- As fitted, with all skills at V and before fleet boosts, this ship has 30.4 K EHP, flies at 1450 m/s (2051 m/s overheated) and align in 10.3 s (7.7 s with MWD off)
- The capacitor will last 1 min 24 s
- Damage is 248 dps at less than 47 km.
