Summary
All shuttles are functionaly identical, and have no skill requirements in order to fly, so choose based on price or appearance.
Beyond moveing yourself from one location to another rapidly, shuttles are also useful for carrying small items due to a 10m3 cargo hold, and a small number of missions where combat is not required (and you do not wish to risk a more expensive ship). However, be aware that while you align rapidly in a shuttle, it is possible to be alphaed by some ships before entering warp, so carrying high value items such as implants, skill books, and boosters may be ill adviced.
This shuttle is a rare item, so should not be undocked, even outside wartime. Its a collector's item now, so people are liable to try to suicide gank you for the prestige of being on the killmail of this ship.
