Summary
The Navy Megathron is a simple upgrade on the regular Megathron. It has an additional high slot, allowing for a neut or smartbomb, more CPU and powergrid and more base tank. Probably most usefully, it also has an expanded drone bay, allowing it to carry a heavy drone flight and a medium or light drone flight.
Skills
Further information about additional or recommended skills to pilot Megathron Navy Issue for a specific or it's common role(s) can be written here.

- Shield Rigging IV (see notes)
- You don't need Shield Rigging IV to fly the ship, someone else can rig it for you.
- With a good offgrid booster pushing perfect siege boosts you can drop the Damage Control II in favour of a Signal Amplifier II for more target locks and increased locking speed (and range).
- This ship has some minor cap issues and could use make use of the cap implants for slot 6 and 8.
Tactics
When flown in vanguard sites, in the absence of a Vindicator this ship will be focusing on the close-orbiting frigate enemies, using it's tracking bonus and rate of fire bonus to quickly clear them off the field. On the flip side, keep an eye on your ammo levels, as the rate of fire bonus will eat through your ammo stockpile much quicker than usual.
