Summary
The Exequror Navy Issue's main improvement over other Gallente T1 cruisers is its higher speed. Even when armor tanked, it can be faster than most other cruisers, allowing it to quickly chase them down and apply damage. With its bonused damage, it is a better cruiser than one might expect. However, that's damning with faint praise, as it is still an expensive hull for what you get.
