A joint effort by the eight Caldari supercorporations, this State Issue of the powerhouse that is the Raven was created expressly to honour those whose valor in combat and adherence to the Caldari code of battle has surpassed that of their comrades in arms. Of course, should the ship be lost, the immense dishonour to the pilot demands that he take his own life, but seeing as how this wouldn't affect him in the slightest, tradition holds that the highest-ranked of the surviving crew members take his place. Summary

The Raven State Issue was a prize given out at the Third Alliance Tournament, and as such is one of the rarest ships in EVE. Only four exist, and to date none have been destroyed.

This special edition Raven features one additional low slot and two additional missile hardpoints as compared to the Raven, at the expense of two turret hardpoints. It also has an increased CPU, Powergrid, twice the drone capacity and 50 Mbit/sec more drone bandwidth in addition to drastically increased shield, armor, and hull hp.
