Favoring the traditional Caldari combat strategy, they are designed around a substantial number of weapons systems, especially missile launchers. Summary
The Crow is the Caldari fleet interceptor, repurposed from the combat interceptor role in Rubicon 1.0, and as such has a bonus to warp disruptor and scrambler range, as well as the MWD signature radius bonus and bubble immunity common to all interceptors. Oceanus 1.0 removed a low slot and added a high slot and a launcher hardpoint, as well as switching its kinetic damage bonus for a explosion radius bonus.
The Crow has 4 mid slots like the Stiletto, allowing it to fit both Point and Scram.

Notes
In the Uprising expansion, the Crow received a 10% bonus to shield hitpoints per level of Caldari Frigate, which may give this ship a niche as a slightly more durable interceptor.
Role bonus for fleet interceptors (Ares, Crow, Malediction, Stiletto) has been changed to include a reduction in scan resolution penalty while using Interdiction Nullifiers, the role bonus is now:
