Summary
The Helios is the odd one out among covert ops, in that it only has 2 high slots. In compensation it has 5 mid slots and a rather useless 5m3 drone bay. This is a disadvantage to some because it means the Helios can't fit the standard complement of cloak, probe launcher and cynosural field generator that is the staple fit of covops frigates in null sec alliances.

- Having empty slots on a covert ops ship is perfectly acceptable. This ship is not intended for any direct combat role.
- The MAPC in the low slot is needed to give the Helios pilot enough powergrid to fit a capacitor battery for long warps.
- Sisters Combat probes are definitely worth the extra ISK.
- Carry extra probes, because you *will* forget about some of them.
- The drone bay on the Helios is unique among all four covert ops frigates, and can hold a single light drone, but entry-level scouts should not be concerned about deploying a drone.

- This fit requires at least a +4% cpu hardwiring implant.
- It is of little usefulness within the Uni, and requires an expert skillset to fly a very poor substitute of a proper tackle frigate. Even a stealth bomber Manticore would be better.
- However, select wormhole corporations expect covert ops pilots to fit some sort of tackle.
- There are very rare instances where this hero tackle frigate fit may actually be useful, but the chance that this Helios can hold a target long enough for help to arrive is low, and is typically not worth risking a fleet scout.
