Interceptors utilize a combination of advanced alloys and electronics to reduce their effective signature radius. This, along with superior maneuverability and speed, makes them very hard to target and track, particularly for high caliber turrets. SHIP BONUSES

Summary
The Stiletto is unique among interceptors for having 4 mid slots, which is a great help to it in the fleet interceptor's niche - tackling. The 4 mid slots allow for the standard tackling gear combinations along with an extra module such as a MSE, Scram, Sensor Booster, Cap Booster, ASB or Web.

Republic Fleet Phased Plasma S x1
- This is a good standard tanky Stiletto fit. Due to the MASB this fit is tankier than all other Interceptors. It is a bit pricey with the meta DCU. If you can't fit this, try dropping one gun. Feel free to play around with the polycarbon rig and the OD; alternatives are a nanofiber, an auxiliary thrust rig, a SigAmp or an anti-em screen rig. Experienced Inty pilots can consider fitting a scram instead of the mASB.

Republic Fleet Phased Plasma S x1
- This fit is for the experienced Inty pilot who knows when he can get into scram/web range. Instead of the warp scrambler you could also bring a web. You will be suspectible to being scrammed, webbed, neuted yourself so you should only get into scram range if you know you can survive it or when the catch is worth losing this ship.
- With all skills at V and before boosts, this ship has 5.3K EHP, flies at 4397 m/s (6274 m/s if overheating MWD) and aligns in 3.6 s (2.9 s with MWD off). This fit is cap-stable.
- Damage is 63 dps at 0.9 + 5 km with Republic Fleet Phased Plasma S.

- A fast locking PvP fit, will point at 36 km with overheat.
- With all skills at V and before boosts, this ship has 5 K EHP, flies at 4275 m/s (6102 m/s with MWD on overheat) and align in 3.6 s (2.5 s with MWD off). The capacitor last 6 min 56 s.
- Damage is 70 dps at 0.8 + 6 km with Republic Fleet EMP.
- Will lock most ship almost instantaneously: worst case is 1.4 s for a capsule.
- Note that this isn't a general purpose fitting and is probably better for gate camping due to the SeBo (see forum discussion for more on fitting a SeBo).
