Summary
The Griffin Navy Issue ("GNI") is an expensive "faction" version of the Griffin, souped up and retuned to operated differently to its base hull, and indeed differently to any other ship in the game. It receives bonuses that benefit ECM drones, together with limitations which encourage fighting at close range.
Skills
These skills will improve your EWAR effectiveness when flying a Griffin Navy Issue.
- Caldari Frigate - Affects both ECM effectiveness and hybrid turret damage, a lot.
- Long Range Targeting - 5% Bonus to targeting range per skill level. Requires CPU Management Level 2.

PvE
ECM is useless in basic PvE, and advanced forms of PvE tend to require tougher tanks than the Griffin Navy Issue can mount.

The Griffin Navy Issue's unique combination of bonuses and limitations means that it can launch powerful ECM drones, but can only use them at relatively close range. This combined with the hybrid turret bonus encourages brawling fits with blasters and ECM drones, though it is also possible to kite at the edge of warp scrambler range with railguns.
