The Bifrost is the Minmatar [[Command Destroyer]]. Following the Minmatar design principles, it has bonuses to shield and skirmish [[Command Bursts]]. In its role to provide shield bursts it competes with the [[Stork]] which has more tank but less speed. This makes the stork preferable if it can reach the required speed. In regard to skirmish bursts it competes with the [[Magus]] (and to lesser extend with the [[Draugur]]). If you have shield logi support you choose the Bifrost, if armor logi the Magus. In fleets without logi, the Bifrost is often preferred over the Magus (and also Stork) because of its higher speed. | |||
