Khanid Innovations was quick to take advantage of the disintegration of the Crielere Project. Through shrewd diplomatic and financial maneuvering they were able to acquire a working Buzzard Compact as well as several of the former top scientists of Project Mirage to work on adapting its innovations to Khanid ship technology.

Summary

This Khanid Covert Ops is completely capable in its role. It is easy to fit allowing a bit of flexibility when fitting a cyno, for example, and it has an excellent capacitor but has one of the slowest base speeds in its class.

It is essential to train Cloaking to IV in order to use the Covert Ops Cloaking Device II.
Astrometrics IV, Astrometric Acquisition III, Astrometric Pinpointing III and Astrometric Rangefinding III make a good skills base for scanning.
