Little hard data is to be had on the Daredevil's exact origin, but it is believed that Guardian Angel engineers created it to serve as a defensive complement to the Cartel's Dramiel frigate. In both flair and utility it closely resembles its counterpart, but it eschews offensive capabilities in favor of greater defensive potential and stronger armor plating. A tough nut to crack. Summary
The Daredevil is a Serpentis faction frigate. It is a potent ship, with two turrets acting as six due to its special ability and its bonus to webs allowing it to stop most ships in their tracks. Daredevils can be quite deadly, doing a large amount of damage for a frigate sized hull, and being able to slow ships to 10% velocity with one web makes deploying that damage even easier.
Although expensive, it is easy to skill into and has enough firepower to blast through all the L1 and L2 missions, including the SoE epic arc and the Dagan mission at the end. You can shield tank it for more DPS at the expense of some EHP and the tackling abilities, but the extra DPS is probably a waste for missioning.

Notes
There is a small chance to get a Daredevil BPC from a Serpentis Supply Stronghold located at the end of the Serpentis Narcotic Warehouses DED site.
The Daredevil is essentially the Serpentis version of the Angel Cartel's Devourer frigate, which is currently unusable by players.
