Although fitting the Sin with blasters is possible, they require the Sin to be as close to the target as possible to maximise DPS, which is risky. Thus, Sins are often fitted with a combination of neuts and remote repairers instead, leaving the DPS to other ships in the fleet, particularly the [[Redeemer]]s. The Sin's generous 6 mid and low slots also offer it the flexibility to be fitted with an adequate active shield tank, or buffer armour tank, with the latter often preferred for blops fleets. The Sin is also the fastest-aligning blops. | Although fitting the Sin with blasters is possible, they require the Sin to be as close to the target as possible to maximise DPS, which is risky. Black Ops battleships are designed for infiltration and espionage behind enemy lines. With the use of a short-range jump drive and a portal generator, they are capable of making a special type of jump portal usable only by covert ops vessels. This enables them to stealthily plant reconnaissance and espionage forces in enemy territory. For the final word in clandestine maneuvers, look no further. SHIP BONUSES

Summary
The Sin is the Gallente Black Ops-type battleship. As is expected from a variation of the Dominix, the Sin has a rather impressive drone bay. As raw stats go, the Sin has a very impressive slot layout of 7/6/6, but very poor resists as all Black Ops do, and only 4 turret hardpoints. However, echoing its Dominix hull, the Sin relies on its drones for damage rather than its own hardware, making it the most combat-viable of the Black Ops.
Although fitting the Sin with blasters is possible, they require the Sin to be as close to the target as possible to maximise DPS, which is risky. Thus, Sins are often fitted with a combination of neuts and remote repairers instead, leaving the DPS to other ships in the fleet, particularly the Redeemers. The Sin's generous 6 mid and low slots also offer it the flexibility to be fitted with an adequate active shield tank, or buffer armour tank, with the latter often preferred for blops fleets. The Sin is also the fastest-aligning blops.
As is unique with Black Ops, the ship can fit a covert jump portal.
Skills
Further information about additional or recommended skills to pilot Sin for a specific or it's common role(s) can be written here.
Tactics
While the Sin can be used for PvP purposes to great effect, it is mainly used as a support ship; using it's unique ability to be used as a Covert Jump Bridge, allowing any ship that can fit a Covert Ops Cloaking Device[1] to use the ship as a temporary stargate, transporting them to a cynosural field that a fellow fleetmate has lit.
