Summary
The Maulus is the Gallente EWAR frigate, and has bonuses to sensor dampening. It has 4 mid and 3 low slots, plus a larger-than-normal drone bay. The Maulus can be fit with 3 damps and a propulsion module in the mids, with a small armor tank, damage control and a speed module in the lows. Performance can be enhanced by using scripts.

Tactics
Choosing to fly a Malus means a real dedication to electronic warfare in a PvP fleet. Your role is to damp the enemy and hopefully help your fellow Unistas in getting close to the enemy without getting blown up. Damping the sensors of enemy ships is as or more effective than mitigating damage. Being able to tank incoming fire is never as effective as not taking any because the enemy simply can't lock on target!
In a fleet don't try to fly solo. Try to remain close too your bigger buddies and damp out of the enemy. Some modules have the ability to add optimal range scripts, which extend your abilities out to 30 km. Keep your distance from the enemy!
The F-90 Positional Sensor is normally run with Scan Resolution Scripts. This changes to Range Scripts if camping a gate to ensure a lock on any snipers that may try to harass the fleet. Use one Range Script and one Scan Strength Script in the Sensor Dampener to handle multiple situations when dealing with a single important target.
