Summary
The Purifier is the Amarr Stealth Bomber. It it best used with EM torpedoes and EM bombs (though when bombing with others it is more important to match bombs than to use the best for yourself). Stealth Bombers are quite similar, but the Purifier's unique selling point is its larger cargo bay, which allows it to carry 3 additional bombs, while other bombers can only carry two.
Skills
While the skills above will allow you to 'fly' the Purifier it is pointless to fly a Stealth Bomber without a covert ops cloaking device (Cloaking IV), or torpedo launchers (Torpedoes I).
