In YC128, in response to rising military conflict, the Amarr Navy commissioned the development of a specialized destroyer. With growing unrest along the borders and rising conflict with the Minmatar, the Navy required a versatile ship for both military engagements and enforcing Imperial authority.

The result was the Dragoon Navy issue, a vessel that combines the Dragoon's ability to neutralize and disable with improved missile and laser combat capabilities. A true symbol of imperial might that can be swiftly deployed wherever the Empress requires.
