YC128 was a prosperous time for the Thukker tribes of the Great Wildlands. In order to protect the influx of wealth from newly discovered Phased Fields, they voted to support an increase in Republic Fleet spending.

One of the results of that spending was the development of a new Fleet Issue Talwar. Designed with assistance from Thukker engineers, the ship combines the stalwart fortitude of Fleet Issue vessels with the flexibility and efficiency that has made the caravans of the Great Wildlands uncontested within their homespace.
