The Herald and the Penitence are the Alliance Tournament XXII prize ships. A total of 280 ships were rewarded (140 of each).

An electronic attack frigate, based on the Sentinel, combined with technology used with the Retribution and Vengeance Assault Frigate class. The Herald offers the strongest tracking and guidance disruption of any platform in New Eden, and with eight effective turrets it can easily fight at extended ranges while keeping opponents incapacitated.
